High School Diploma/GED Level Positions:
Crisis Diversion Services Reception-Clerical (Full-Time- Independence) - We are seeking an individual to provide calm and professional customer service in managing the telephone system used to dispatch agency crisis personnel to serve community needs as well as provide clerical support to the crisis team as needed. This position also involves providing attendant care, direct support, and coordination of care with clients involved in crisis diversion services. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in the provision of clerical and support services. Selected candidate should possess good driving record, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound decision making abilities and the ability to multi-task.
